Acceptance of Terms

Away Team is provided by C65 LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Away Team app or this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Use of Service

Away Team provides collaborative trip planning tools. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial trip planning. You are responsible for all content you create and share through the service.

Beta Software

Away Team is pre-release software, distributed through Apple's TestFlight. Features may change or disappear, the service may be interrupted, and data may be lost, so keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. Apple's TestFlight terms also apply to your use of the beta.

Accounts and Deletion

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You may delete your account at any time, in the app under Settings → Delete account, or by following the steps at /delete-account. Deletion is immediate; that page explains what is deleted and what happens to trips you share with others.

Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in Away Team. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content to you and the people you invite to your trips.

Acceptable Use

Shared trips are seen by the people you plan with. You agree not to put content in a trip, its notes, or an invitation that is objectionable, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, illegal, or that infringes anyone else's rights, and not to use Away Team to harass, threaten, or impersonate the people you plan with or anyone else.

To report content or behaviour that breaks these rules, open the trip in the app and use Report a problem in its ⋯ menu or on its Share sheet, or email support@awayteamapp.com. A report goes to the trip's owner and to us, or to us alone if you choose Away Team only. Your email address is not included in the report. We review every report, and we may remove content, remove people from a trip, or suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

You are never stuck on a trip. Anyone except the trip's owner can leave a trip at any time, with Leave trip in its ⋯ menu. The owner makes another member the owner first, and can then leave too. The owner can also remove people from the trip and revoke its join codes.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time, as described above.

Limitation of Liability

Away Team is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
